Sandra brings over twelve years of sales tax experience with service at the California State Board of Equalization, Agilent Technologies, Inc. and Big 4 accounting firms.

Sandra has experience assisting in all aspects of accounting and finance with a large manufacturer and distributor in Southern California. She began specializing in sales and use tax as an auditor with the California State Board of Equalization. When recruited to a Big 4 accounting firm she assisted clients with their multistate taxability analysis, voluntary disclosures, multistate audits, due diligence and technology implementations.

Sandra's responsibilities at Agilent Technologies included managing all aspects of sales and use tax and business license compliance as well as providing sales tax training for groups within the organization.

Sandra's broad range of experience allows her to fully understand the impact sales tax issues have, not only to the tax department but to an organization as a whole.

Sandra earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. She is a certified member in the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT)
