Shannan specializes in multi-state compliance for both sales and use taxes and property taxes.

Serving as a Tax Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Shannan built a solid reputation for accuracy and integrity as she worked to prepare returns and documentation for sales and use tax and property tax audits. In addition, Shannan offers ten years of experience in private industry where she served as a Tax Accountant for corporations such as The McClatchy Company, Softnet Systems and Burns Philp.

A frequent public speaker, she has lectured on property taxation for the California Society of CPAs and various business groups.

Shannan attended California State University, Hayward and is a certified member (CMI) of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) for property tax.
