The U.S. Supreme Court denied certiorarifor the WA Supreme Court case Lamtec Corp. v. The Dept. of Revenue of the State of Washington where the WA court found that a permanent presence in-state is not needed to meet the substantial nexus requirement under the U.S. Commerce Clause for WA B&O purposes.
